Tokai Teachers' Visit
Last Thursday and Friday, four teachers from Tokai, Japan, visited us up at Braemar. They came to experience, observe and teach in an Australian educational setting. During the two days, our Middle School students were treated to cultural lessons with activities including sumo wrestling, postcard drawing, Japanese fan making, and learning a Japanese card game.
The visit was very successful; the teachers learnt a lot from their time with us at Braemar – they even got to meet a Kangaroo thanks to Chris Humfreys who brought a Kangaroo from his zoo, Wild Action, to visit.
