WINNERS! Mountain Bike Orienteering Championships
On Friday, 11 August, Braemar attended the Schools Mountain Bike Orienteering Championships. The championships were held at Woodlands Historic Park in Greenvale and hosted by Orienteering Victoria.
Braemar was represented by forty-nine students who competed in a variety of categories including Solo, Pairs, and Mixed Pairs.
All of our students competed very strongly, with each of the following students finishing first in their division:
- Hollie Buerckner & Ben Underwood – Senior Mixed Pairs
- Tasma Eddy & Eliza Arumets-Smith – Senior Girls Pairs
- Fergus Clarke and Sam Hudson – Senior Boys Pairs
- Jackson Ellis & Joshua Smith – Junior Boys Pairs
- Jesse Smith & Millie Harrison – Junior Mixed Pairs
- Morgan Conley & Isabelle Luxmoore – Junior Girls Pairs
We were very proud to finish the day as the winning school, taking home the aggregate trophy!
