Maths Games Day

Yesterday, Wednesday 2 August, Braemar had two teams of Year 8 students compete in the Mathematics Association of Victoria’s 8 Games Day at PEGS (Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School). Students completed three team activities in the morning and an individual task in the last session.

Team 1, which included Henry Wilcox, Thomas Shaddock, Hayden Rush and Tom Sinclair, placed 36 out of 98 teams.

Well done to Team 1; it was a great day for everyone involved!
