Anxiety: Revelation of Mind, a game by Jason Rising

Jason Rising, of Year 11, has recently designed, developed and released an online game called Anxiety: Revelation of Mind.

Jason has spent approximately twelve months developing the game and in that time he has also learnt how to program and 3D model. He has published the game online (see the link below) and is also considering other publishing platforms. The version of Anxiety: Revelation of Mind that is currently published is a prototype, Jason explains that this version doesn’t include the entire story that he has planned.

The goal of the game is to uncover the story; in order to advance the story, the player has to complete levels by solving puzzles along the way. The puzzles are generally based on the environment the player finds themselves in; for example, there may be a burst pipe causing hot steam to escape which blocks the pathway that the player needs to take. The player must find a way to remove the steam – such as deactivating the boiler that is producing the steam – before advancing to the next level.
Congratulations to Jason on this fantastic achievement.
