ICCES Winter Tour

On the last two days of Braemar’s Term Two, 120 students, 12 staff members, two old collegians and one parent travelled to Shepparton to compete in the ICCES Winter Sports Tour. After two full days of participating in what was a very close competition, Braemar finished in fourth place. Girton Grammar School and Bacchus Marsh Grammar finished the tournament in equal first place.
It was a fantastic competition, with all games being very competitive and played in great spirit. All of our Braemar students represented the College – and themselves – extremely well. This particular competition is always of a high standard and placing fourth is a fantastic result for the College; with a competition this close, it only takes a couple of games to change your team’s outcome!
A special thanks to all of the coaching staff who have held selections and training sessions throughout Term 2, along with the students and support staff who attended; it was a wonderful two day event.
Results are details below the slideshow.
