Flexischools – Online Canteen Ordering
We are very excited to share that our online ordering system for the Tuck Shop and Food Van is here!
Flexischools is an online platform that will allow our students/families to order food/drinks/snacks online for recess and lunch.
The main driver behind our introduction of this new system is to ensure we are doing our best to maintain the safety of our staff (and students) by allowing a contact-free purchasing process.
As we begin 2021 with an emphasis on ‘COVID-normal’, the Flexischools platform means that we can once again open our Tuck Shop (Senior School) and Food Van (Middle School), without the risk of increased interaction/contact.
The Flexischools platform is up and running for you to set up an account and peruse the menu.
It’s important to note that this is an entirely cashless system (in line with our COVID-normal/COVID-safe processes). You will be able to set up an account for your child(ren) and add money to their account (you can even set a reminder so that you are notified when the account drops below a certain amount).
Flexischools is available as on online platform (via their website) or by using a mobile app (via Google Play or the Apple App Store). Detailed instructions are provided below to help you set up a Flexischools account.
We hope the introduction of Flexischools will allow our students and families to once again enjoy the variety of food choices provided by our Tuck Shop and Food Van staff, in a convenient and COVID-safe way.

- Download the Flexischools App
Note: for iPhone and iPad please select ‘Allow’ notifications.
- Add your School and Group
Click on the search icon, enter your school name, select your school and year group, or groups relevant to you. - Login/Register
Click the ‘Order now’ button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the app, this will open a login screen.
- If you’re already a Flexischools user, simply enter your details and login. To save your login details, select ‘remember me’.
- If you’re a new Flexischools user, click ‘Register’, enter your email address and follow the instructions in the email to set up your account.
Once your account is set up, add new student; search for our school, enter student details and select their class.
