Middle School Maths Day

At the end of the first week back, on Friday 29 April, students in Years 5 ,6, and 7, who will be onsite at the Woodend Campus are invited to come to school in a number-themed or maths-themed dress up to celebrate Middle School Maths Day!

There will be a range of activities taking place on the day all revolving around the magic of numbers, as well as a few workshops running during class and lunchtime. There will be a fashion parade to choose the best costume and other prizes to be won throughout the day (including some amazing and generous donations from local businesses – book vouchers, pilates and boxing membership, and more)! See the picture below for a bit of costume inspiration and for an idea of some of the games and activities.

Please note: Year 8 students will be involved in a range of number-based activities during their non-elective time, but as they will be on the Mount Macedon Campus that day, they will be required to wear their usual, full school uniform.
