Pub Choir Night at Jacksons@Braemar: TONIGHT
It’s not too late! If you’re looking for something to do tonight or feel like a break from cooking, head up to Jacksons@Braemar for some fun and delicious food at our Pub Choir Night.
For just $25 for adults and $15 for kids and performers, you will be treated to a yummy two-course meal.
See below for the menu options, all prepared by our talented VCE VET Hospitality Students.
Main Courses:
- Ricotta gnocchi with garlic, peas, and tomato (V)
- Roasted pork leg with apricot and whiskey glaze
- Roasted beef, Yorkshire pudding, and gravy
- Chicken parmigiana
- Deep fried fish with tartare sauce
Sides:
- Vegetables
- Roasted pumpkin and potatoes
- Wedges and salad
Dessert:
- Chocolate tart
- Sticky date pudding

Starting at 6pm, you will be treated to open mic entertainment from our students for the first hour of the evening and then everyone is invited to join in for a ‘pub choir’ later in the night.
